The GE and GR of the husked brown rice that dried by IRD were 91.3 ± 0.6% and 92.7 ± 0.9%, without significant differences compared to the rice dried by HAD and AAD ( p > 0.05). During storage, GE and GR of all samples decreased. The decreases in GE and GR were not significant in the first month of storage ( p > 0.5).
